If you have come to see me because you are pregnant, we will make your initial antenatal consultation with me. We will then work together to look after your antenatal care with a network of doctors and hospital staff who will use their combined expertise, knowledge and experience to minimise risks to you and your baby.
We recommend you & your family be registered with Medicare Safety Net. If registered, once you & your family reach the relevant Safety Net threshold, you may be eligible to be paid the Medicare benefit and 80% of the out of pocket costs or the benefit cap for eligible out of hospital Medicare Benefit Schedule services for the rest of the calendar year.
